Order refunds
Refunds are reviewed case by case. If an order cannot be fulfilled, is cancelled before preparation, or has a confirmed issue, Saba Cafe may offer a refund, replacement, or store resolution.
Incorrect or missing items
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order reference, name, phone number, and details of the issue. We may ask for a photo where useful.
Cancellation window
Orders can usually only be cancelled before food preparation has started. Once preparation has started, a refund may not be available unless there is a confirmed problem.
Delivery issues
If delivery is delayed or cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, missing phone contact, or unavailable recipient, a refund may not be available.
