Website use
This website is provided for customers to learn about Saba Cafe, view information, place online orders where available, and request table bookings. Please use the website lawfully and do not attempt to interfere with its operation or security.
Orders
Orders are subject to menu availability, opening hours, acceptance by Saba Cafe, and any pickup or delivery settings shown at checkout. Prices, dishes, and availability may change before an order is confirmed.
Payments
Online card payments are processed by our payment provider. Saba Cafe does not store full card details. Payment status is separate from order status, so an order may still need to be prepared after payment is approved.
Delivery
Delivery is available only within the delivery area set by Saba Cafe. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, phone number, and delivery notes.
Pickup
Pickup orders should be collected at the selected time or as soon as the order is marked ready. Please bring your order reference or contact details when collecting.
Bookings
Table bookings are requests until confirmed by Saba Cafe. Staff may accept, reject, cancel, or amend bookings where operational needs require it.
Allergies
Customers must tell Saba Cafe about allergies or dietary needs before ordering. Although care is taken, food is prepared in a kitchen that may handle common allergens, so cross-contact cannot be fully guaranteed.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation and refund requests are handled in line with our Refund Policy. Once food preparation has started, cancellations may not be possible.
User conduct
Customers must not submit abusive, misleading, unlawful, or harmful content through forms, reviews, booking notes, or order notes.
Intellectual property
The Saba Cafe name, website content, images, branding, and design elements may not be copied or reused without permission, except where allowed by law.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law. Saba Cafe is not responsible for losses caused by events outside reasonable control, incorrect customer information, or third-party service disruption.
